At Intimate Rose, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
